This Riverfront Apartment in Dartmouth enjoys superb harbour views and having its own parking space, private balcony and is only a few minutes level walk along the Embankment to the town centre and local amenities.
This apartment being upgraded ready for the 2005 season with an enlarged better  proportioned lounge/Dining Room open through to better fitted kitchen, newly fitted bathroom with shower, new suite etc.

Mayflower Court is a block of sixteen apartments and provides an ideal holiday base throughout the year. Each flat is entered by a communal entrance from the North Embankment where there is an entry phone, or from the car park by a back door via the fire-escape steps.

  • Lounge 2 x 2 seater new sofa workshop settees, dining table, colour TV, video, DVD and music system.

  • Private Balcony outside to the rear of the apartment which catches the late afternoon and evening sun.

  • Duvets and linen provided (except towels and tea towels)

  • Electricity Included

  • Parking space for one car only

  • Video's , DVD'S AND CD'S not provided.

  • Regret NO PETS/NO SMOKING
