This is a quality penthouse apartment standing on the river front. It enjoys superb views very close to the river and has its own balcony.

The property is in the heart of the town, only a short walk from the shops, bistros and restaurants. Throughout the summer months there are regular ferry trips to Kingswear, Dartmouth Castle and Totnes from the nearby quay.

This comfortable apartment is well fitted throughout and appointed to a high standard. It has Economy 7 heating, if required, for the winter months and is an ideal base at any time of the year.

The accommodation comprises:
A communal entrance with stairs leading up to the front door of the apartment and an entrance hall.
A relaxing Lounge with colour TV and subtle wall lights - this room also enjoys superb river views through three arched windows one of which opens onto the recessed balcony.
The dining area which opens off the lounge and has delightful exposed ceiling beams.
The fully fitted Kitchen appointed to a high standard and containing a Creda electric cooker, freezer, microwave, fridge and washing machine.
Bedroom 1 has a double divan bed and wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 contains a single divan bed with pullout which may form two single beds or one double.
The Bathroom containing a bath, WC, pedestal washbasin and tiled shower cubicle.

We regret we are not able to accept pets at this property.
Electricity £20 per week Oct to March Inc and £10 per week April to Sept Incl.
Linen is not provided. You will need to provide bedding and table linen.
Rentals are payable 4 weeks prior to the holiday.
Car Parking Space is included between 1st May and 30th September. At other times of the year there is ample on-street parking.
