1. Searching
Scorer Property Services will
proceed in seeking a property in accordance with the detailed
criteria.
Details will be sent by e-mail or
mail noting details where criteria are not or only partially met.
This process continues for the whole of the search period purchased.
2. Viewing
- Upon
receipt of instruction and fee
Viewings can be
organised for you incorporating reasonable viewing time and
directions.
- External
Viewing of Property
- Upon
receipt of instruction and fee
Scorer Property
Services can visit the properties reporting on their location,
aspect, roads, proximity to amenities etc.
The purpose of this
is to be as a useful filter to both avoid travelling unnecessary
long distances and prior to carrying out an internal viewing and
report.
Our fee incorporates
an e-mail report with photographs (photographs will naturally depend
on reasonable access).
- Internal
Viewing of Property
- Upon
receipt of instructions and appropriate fee
Scorer Property
Services will arrange to view the properties selected.
This is recommended
to avoid disappointment where you may have a lengthy journey to
make. For each property viewed a report will be made by phone. An
e-mail report with photographs (with sellers permission) will be
included at a small additional fee.

Accompanied Viewing with Client
- Upon
receipt of instruction and appropriate fee
Scorer Property
Services will make arrangement to view any property selected.
These viewing are
recommended prior to offers being made to the seller or estate
agent.

Negotiation with Owner/Estate Agent
- Upon
receipt of instruction and appropriate fee
Scorer Property
Services will enter into negotiation with the seller and/or agents.
Every attempt will be made to secure the property on the most
advantageous terms to you and you will be kept regularly informed as
to the progress.

Conveyancing Process Management
- Upon
receipt of instruction and appropriate fee
Scorer Property
Services will liaise with the seller and/or their agents.
Potential problems
can be identified, negotiated, and where possible resolved.
