Throughout the summer months there are regular ferry trips to Kingswear, Dartmouth Castle and Totnes, from the nearby quay.
This comfortable apartment is well fitted throughout and appointed to a high standard. It has high heat retention storage heating, if required, for the winter months and is an ideal base at any time of the year.
The entrance to the apartment is through a communal hallway with 58 stairs leading up to the front door of the apartment.

Master bedroom which has as a double bed, wardrobe and flat screen TV.
